CYT Houston (Christian Youth Theater) would like to invite you and your students to the school day performance of our upcoming production of Guys and Dolls Jr. Set in Damon Runyon's mythical New York City, Guys and Dolls Jr. introduces us to colorful characters who have become legends in the musical theatre: Sarah Brown, the up¬right but uptight "mission doll"; Sky Masterson, the slick, high-rolling gambler who woos her on a bet and ends up falling in love; Adelaide, a nightclub performer whose chronic flu is brought on by the fact that she's been engaged to the same man for 14 years; and Nathan Detroit, her devoted fiancé, desperate as always to find a spot for his infamous floating dice game. With a musical score including hits such as “Luck Be a Lady,” this show is sure to continue being a hit!
CYT is offering a special daytime show for schools and other groups on Friday, December 14th, at 11:30 a.m. Tickets are specially priced at $5 each, with a minimum purchase of 20 tickets. Schools are also offered a complimentary chaperone ticket for every 20 tickets purchased. The show will take place at the brand new state-of-the-art Lone Star College Performing Arts Center at 30555 Tomball Pkwy in Tomball, TX 77375.
