GENERAL INFORMATION
Extraordinary Education will be offering several on-site dual credit classes this fall for local homeschoolers. These classes are offered through two different colleges: LeTourneau University (LetU) and Lone Star College.
FALL 2018
- English Composition 1013 (LetU)
- Biblical Literature (LetU)
- Biology 1 for Science Majors (Lone Star)
- College Algebra (Lone Star)
- English Composition 1023 (LetU)
- Biotechnology (Lone Star)
- Statistics (Lone Star)
- Tuesday, August 14: REGISTRATION DEADLINE
- Monday, August 20: Fall Classes Begin
The benefits of EE dual credit classes are many!
- Very small class sizes (fewer than 10 students)
- Christian instructors
- Comfortable homeschool atmosphere
- Classmates of similar high school age
- In-person classes taught on the EE campus (not online)
- Hands-on labs (science classes)
- In-person math lessons (not a computer lab course)
- Ability to complete general academic coursework prior to attending college
- College credit from an respected university (not community college)
- Courses taught from a distinctly Christian worldview
- Instructors that meet LeTourneau University's required standards
- Opportunity to qualify for a significant dual credit scholarship to LeTourneau University
- No testing required. (A transcript showing a 3.0 is required.)

Please be aware that EE must charge fees for our dual credit classes. We are unable to provide the same discounts that the colleges can provide directly. Many families consider the opportunity to take our in-person dual credit classes in a very small, personal class setting with other homeschooled high school students from a Christian teacher in a comfortable homeschool setting to be worth the expense. Our classes are still a bargain when compared to LeTourneau's reguar tuition rates.
